Facts You Not Know About Fireball Whisky

Whether you are a casual or regular drinker, most of what you've learned about Fireball is gone by the morning, which is fair. It is not actually a drink that is made for thoughtful fireside sipping. But with the rise of Fireball Whisky, it is hard not to be a bit curious about it. In honor of the shot, here are few of the things that you must know when it comes to Fireball Whisky.

Whisky is defined as spirit, with at least 40 percent alcohol by volume or 80 proof, clocks at lower 33% ABV or 66 proof, the Fireball is much more of a flavored whisky or to be technical, a specialty distilled spirit.

Recalled Because of Concerns it Contains Ingredient Used in Anti Freeze

Otherwise known as propylene glycol or part of a mixture that is used in deicing planes. Back in 2014, there was a recall in Fireball in various European countries due to the reason that propylene glycol levels were considered too high for such markets. But there is nothing to be worried about because both the CDC and FDA deemed that the propylene glycol is safe at low level consumption. Fireball Whisky has immediately replaced all of its European bottles and hasn't recalled any products in United States. In addition to that, probably you've been consuming propylene glycol for a little while now.

It is Purposely Used for Cooking

Anti freeze or not, people still incorporate Fireball happily to wide (sometimes weird) variety of recipes which range from meatballs to marshmallows. Obviously, there are countless of different Fireball shot recipes but the food is where things get so interesting.

Chris Pratt got Drunk Drinking Fireball and has Given Acting Lessons and Tips

It is not clear where this video of Chris Pratt was a product placement, just a result of pure love of Fireball or maybe both but in the end, the video is worth to watch. At the end of the interview in a popular magazine, Pratt is asked if he can give acting lessons which he willingly does.

Fireball was a Late Bloomer

Fireball is like a girl in movies who wear glasses, take it off, quits the marching band and gets makeover from her sassy friends and start some romance with Prom King to which in real life, will most likely end up in divorce. Fireball Whisky has been around since 1984 but America lately discovered it back in 2000s.
